MLP: Tails of Equestria: Festival of Lights Cover by TonyFleecs MLP: Tails of Equestria: Festival of Lights Cover by TonyFleecs
Pencils, inks and colors by me.

This one was a bit of a challenge. I took over these covers from the great Amy Mebberson so I had to try to match her no-line, storybook style. I think I did pretty good but it took FOR-ever to render.

I knew it looked different from your regular work. Matched her style pretty damn good I say!

Love this piece, Tony. Have the book on pre-order. Do you know if the characters have names?

I still love the characters' costumes more than the idea of a game...mostly because I've never played a D&D-style game in my life.

you did an excellent job.  I'm trying to teach myself this sort of style and know that i've got a lot of work to do to meet up with it.  You've done fantastic, the input of time shows. :)

Thanks! I'm working on another one now and it's been long enough since this one that I'm basically gonna be re-learning everything all over again.

How many times have we taught ourselves a new technique only to forget it the instant we have to do it again?  I do that all the time!

Guess thats the advantage of forgetting, you get the joy of learning something new. ( again ) :D
