Kelly takes Channing down and controls the gymnast's powerful legs with a crossover toe hold. Chan-Chan was the more explosive physicality, but Kelly's sound mat fundamentals meant she could always find ways to compete - especially if she could get Channing out of striking-mode. (Grappling session)
