Zhongjianosaurus yangi, a very small microraptorine described today (11th of April 2017). The holotype totals out in the 50cm range. Done with the intention of being added to Wikipedia, but the page isn't even up yet!

If there's a link to information on it, I could create the wikipedia page for it. I've done several.

I put the article in, so :icontomozaurus: can put it up whenever he likes. The article still needs a bit of work, but only with the taxobox and the way the references are listed.

Actually, nevermind! I just had a look at it, you've done a great job.

Thank you. I've created quite a few articles, including ones for Murusraptor, Promegantereon, Nanosmilus, Isaberrysaura, and Chenanisaurus.

I might flesh out the article a bit too if I get the time.

Are the reduced hindwing remiges an educated guess or are they supported by the fossils ? Also, Excellent work ! I think you're the first to draw this species. ^^

There are none preserved on this fossil if that is what you mean. The hindleg remiges here are actually typical for paravians, it is only Microraptor (so far) where they are super exaggurated, so I wouldn't call them reduced. I just gave it standard paravian feathering.

I see ! I was under a bias then. ^^ Thank you for the precision ! :D
Microraptorinea seem to have been relatively diverse after all.

You'd think the legs were a second pair of arms
