1. Chew mint gum while you look over your script/information, then chew it before you present. Mint gum's supposed to help you remember the things you studied, apparently. Just be sure to spit it out before you present or you'll sound like a wet cow.
2. Take deep breaths before you present. Breath in through your nose, out through your mouth. If anyone gives you weird looks, just smile at them. It's normal to be nervous, and it should be normal to deal with it.
3. If you want to, listen to this track before you present, if possible. It was specifically made to lower anxiety levels, apparently, and soothe you. Just... don't listen to it if you ever start driving lmao, you might fall asleep in the car. it's happened before:…
4. I know this is harder than it sounds, but try not to worry about it. Give yourself pep talks in the mirror and try to build up confidence before you go out there.
I know you'll do well! Just keep your head up, and keep going even if you make a small mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but they're not as noticeable when you keep going and just ignore it. <3
