Bullseye!

Back to Marvel stuff. Saw a pic of Baron Zemo done by Paul Neary, and loosely worked off that.

Miller made Bullseye seem certifiable when I was a kid…just unhinged. I guess I made ‘im play with razor blades just because I thought it looked cool. I was gonna do his name running down playin cards he was shuffling, but went this route instead .

Looks really cool to me.
