Please note that as with every other official journal in the group, you should not be having conversations in the threads. If you have questions, comments, or concerns, please note the Tokotas group or leave a comment on the information journals.

> Tribe Registration <

• You can use this thread to move already-existing tribes to the new site. Just fill out the Tribe Name and Tribe Group lines, and link us your highest confirmed TP Tier!

• You must have a deviantart group created for your tribe.

• You must have a petition signed by five members, not including the founder.

• Your tribe must have a visible journal explaining your tribe's rules and how to join.

• You may only be in one tribe at any given time.

> Redeem TP <

• As of February 2022, TP is now a personal currency and must be redeemed by players themselves.

• You may redeem no more than 5 links per comment.

• When redeeming TP, you are redeeming all applicable TP earned from that comment or deviation. Collaborations only need to be redeemed by one user.

• All links should directly to an admin comment, or deviation in the case of collaborations. It should not be your comment, or an import.

• When redeeming Collaboration TP each redemption comment may only contain images done between you and the same collaborator(s).

> Achievement Confirmations <

• Tribe Achievements

• Make sure you meet all the requirements for the Achievement you want confirmed.

• You may only unlock general achievements or those from your tribe's chosen specialty.

• You may only submit one achievement confirmation at a time. Please wait until it has been checked before posting again.

• Achievement Confirmations may only be submitted by the tribe's founder.

• If you are the founder of a Large or X-Large tribe, please link your chunk confirmations in place of your achievement tracker.

• World Tree achievements are submitted here, and then any follow up art/bonuses needs to be submitted to the appropriate thread.

• You may use things after the date of February 11th, 2018. Anything before cannot be counted towards the current system.

> Tribe Companion Approval <

• Tribe Companion Information

• Make sure you unlock the corresponding Achievement on the Achievement thread before you submit your Companion Art.

• All variations of your tribe companion must be uploaded into stash.

• Tribe Companions may only be submitted for approval by the tribe's founder.

• Tag Along, Soul Contender and Mini-Me for a Deity companion art is also submitted here for approval.

> Tribe Lore Figure Approval <

• Tribe Lore Figure Information

• Tribe Deities may only be submitted for approval by the tribe's founder.

• Tribe Spirits need to have A Spirits Trilogy unlocked to be submitted for.

• Please use forms provided HERE when submitting.

> Tribe Quest Approval <

• Tribe Quest Information

• You must have Off the Beaten Path unlocked to apply for a Tribe Quest.

• Tribe Quests may only be submitted for approval by the tribe's founder.

• This thread is Cleared at the end of the month during close

• Tribe quests are active the month after submission

• You may only submit one Tribe quest prompt per month and submissions should be at least 50 words.

• Submissions must be SFW.

• Tribe Quest prompts may only be submitted by the tribe's founder/Trusted tribemates.

> Tribe Quest Redemption <

• Tribe Quest Information

• Each person must redeem their own Tribe Quests.

• Quest TP Will be redeem when Tribe Quests are submitted, Collab TP must be submitted separately.

• All tokotas in the image need to be from the same tribe.

• At least one tokota needs to be a tribemates tokota.

• Up to 3 tokotas can be in an image.

• Up to three tribe members may collaborate on a Tribe Quest.

> World Tree Submissions <

• Make sure you unlock the corresponding Achievement on the Achievement thread before you submit your benefit Art/Information.

• For To Summit All Up & Aippaq's Stamp of Approval Information see Tribe Decor

• These benefits may only be submitted for approval by the tribe's founder.

• Please use forms provided HERE when submitting.

> Lore Updates & Edits <

• This thread is for making changes to already uploaded Deities & Canon locations.

• You may add more information/Update images & Artwork

• Updates Must follow the same rules as when submitting in the initial lore thread.

> Bonus Changes <

• This thread is only for tribes registered BEFORE 2018.

• Only Showstopper I / II and Tribe Companion bonuses may be changed.

• Refer to Tribe Achievements for valid Showstopper options.

• Refer to Tribe Information for valid Tribe Companion options.
