Welcome to Hierarchy Updates, the primary hub for advancing your Tokotas to alpha.

Rules
All HP Trackers must list an HP Breakdown for every entry.
All HP Trackers must be broken into sections. (Sub to Average, Average to Dom, Dom to Alpha, etc.)
All HP giving Tokotas must be linked in trackers. Please to the Tokotna Import.
You must list and link to any Applied HP on Tokotna in order for it to be counted.
You must list any traits that affect HP in order for it to be counted. (Leadership, etc)
All updated Tokota images must be provided in PNG format.
How to Advance Hierarchy Status
Please make sure your HP journal for the Tokota is valid and has been double-checked for any mistakes. Lastly, make sure you have your images' HP is listed in the tracker and not just on the images themselves. Each image should have a detailed listing of every bonus that applies to that image.
Submissive to Average: 75 HP Total Required
Average to Dominant: 250 HP Total Required (Submissive Born Tokotas require 325 HP)
Dominant to Alpha: 550 HP Total Required (Submissive Born Tokotas require 625 HP)
Extra breeding slots: you can unlock extra slots after a tokota reaches dominance. Please see total slots and HP required to unlock slots here
Submissive & Average
You will be responsible for updating your Tokota's import image to the new posture/background. Do not add or remove markings, change color, or add accessories.
Validate your HP journal by commenting on the Submissive to Average thread. Please include a direct link to your Tokota's HP journal, and a sta.sh link to the updated import image. An admin will calculate whether or not it is correct. If it is correct, admins will take it from there and update your tokota's import sheet.
Average & Dominant
First Step
Validate your HP journal by commenting on the Average to Dominant comment thread. Please include a direct link to your tokota's HP journal. An admin will calculate whether or not it is correct.
Second Step
Upon receiving admin confirmation from the first step, you may begin working on the Rites of Dominance. There is no time limit or deadline for you to complete these tasks - you may do them at your own leisure. However, be aware that a degree of effort is required, and clearly rushed entries will be declined.
Third Step
You will be responsible for updating your tokota's import image to the new posture/background. Do not add or remove markings, change color, or add new accessories.
You can add a Dominance Symbol Brand on the hip, but it is not required; unless you are opting to keep the tail in the average position in which case, the dominance symbol is required.
When you've finished the Rites of Dominance art/literature pieces, comment on the Rites of Dominance thread with the appropriate form filled out. This form requires your tokota's soul animal, direct links to all three of your entries, and a sta.sh file of your tokota's updated image, as well as the previous HP verification comment.
You will be judged with a randomly rolled score plus bonuses based against your own gallery on effort. If your updated import image is correct, admins will take it from there and update your tokota's import sheet along with the soul companion that you can choose or have randomly rolled by an admin.

Who are the HP Counting Admins?
An up to date list of HU Admins can be found on the Admin directory!
How long will it take for my HP to be confirmed?
The approximate waiting time is around a week, but depending on the admins schedules it may take a few days or up to a few weeks.
How do I use HP Tokens on my Tokota?
Starting in February 2018, HP Tokens and Scrolls must be in your bank account to be used. When filling out the form for your HP confirmation, let us know in the 'HP Token/Scroll Application' line how many tokens or scrolls you wish to have used. We will deduct the correct number from your bank and the HP will be applied directly onto your tokota's Tokotna import. All HP (be it tokens or other passive HP bonuses from the import) must still be noted in your tracker in order to be taken into count. Older HP confirmations may still use proof comments for proof of HP Token applications and must still be linked in your tracker as is.
Past tokens/scrolls that are already marked as used for your tokota, may still be linked in your HP journal.
What are the rules regarding Dominance Symbol Brands?
Dominance Symbols must follow Hand Paint Dye rules (see Decor Items Guide). They do not need to be exclusively on the flank, just clearly present on the Tokota. The symbol may be added or removed for free during a Hierarchy Update that requires updating your tokota's import image (Average to Dominant, Dominant to Alpha). You may lower an already raised tail to it's average position by adding a Dominance Symbol.
You may not alter the group Dominance brands or create your own dominance brand through Hierarchy Updates. If you would like to customize your own symbol this must be done through Import Updates in Design Central, A group owned dominance symbol or the tail lift must still remain present.
Can I add a Dominance Symbol Brand to my Tokota outside of a Hierarchy Update? What about raising a lowered tail and removing the symbol?
Yes, in both cases they will need to be done via Import Updates in Design Central and they will require the use of a Xoqoh's Trinket if done outside of a Hierarchy Update (that requires updating the tokota's import image).
