Commission Information

Our Workflow:
Thank you for your interest in commissioning us. We work as a professional team, with a clear and secure process designed to make your experience smooth, comfortable, and transparent from start to finish.

Concept Draft:
We begin by creating an initial draft based on your request and send it to you for review before moving forward with the final production stage.

Revisions:
You may request up to three (3) revisions during the draft stage. This allows us to refine the design and adjust the details so the final concept matches your vision as closely as possible.

Refinement Process:
Once the draft is fully approved and all details are confirmed, the project is passed to our editing team. They carefully refine, polish, and enhance the artwork to achieve the best possible final quality and presentation.

Final Delivery:
After completion, we deliver the final work to you along with the full set of drafts created during the process. This gives you complete transparency and reassurance that the design was made specifically for your order.

Full Ownership Rights:
Once the commission is completed and delivered, you receive full ownership of the final design. You are free to use it as you wish, including for personal or commercial purposes, according to your needs and preferences.

Originality & Privacy:
We do not reuse your commissioned design for any other purpose. Your project is created specifically for you and handled with professionalism, care, and respect. Your commission also remains private unless you give explicit permission otherwise.
