Description
I worked on this for a few days now, doing C64 pixelart is not a easy thing to do, the way it works is that your screen is split into several squares of 4x8 pixels in size each and you can only have 3 colours in one of these at any given time (4 if you count the background colour), if you try to have more than those it will either not let you draw with said colour or replace one of the three existing colours in a square.
You also only have a palette of 16 colours to work with, so you will have to use a couple tricks as well as colour and pixel management to make a picture and have it appear as if there are more colours.
Anyway, hope you like it!

In case you want to try to run it on your own C64/128 I have packaged the files up so you can give it a shot as well. The ZIP includes the "Pixcen" file that you can open in the C64 Graphics Editor of the same name, a C64 Executable (runs on a real C64 or Emulator) and a version in the KLA fileformat that you can open with the C64 paint program "Koala Painter":
