FINALLY! I wanted to make another OC since a long time

, she's kinda simple but I wanted to try something new

Anyway, I also gave her a story, like always xD

Her body is like a normal human body, except from her head and the different colors in her hands and feet.
She can't see very well, she has very poor eyes.
She has a special power...actually...I think it would be more like a curse, she looks for people who are basically ruined, she tells them that she can get them a better life if they accept to "give away everything that they have". She's pretty convincing most of the time, even if they're afraid at first, and since most of them think that they don't have anything to lose, they accept. However, when she says "everything that you have" is literally everything, had a family? no longer, had any kind of belongings? no longer, and etc, etc, etc...if she's in a good mood, she won't take your whole body and soul. If you refuse and escape, she will let you go, but you may see her again someday, she'll try to get closer to you and try to convince you (this is what happens when you watch Yami Shibai and you get inspired by urban legends or ghost stories xDD). Anyways, there's a reason for all of this, and it's connected to what happened to Windop. She was kidnapped just some time after Windop was taken away, and yeah, by the same person. This person's goal was to create the perfect body, one that would be able to hold a curse without breaking apart. This curse was meant to do exactly what I described above, but there's something else I didn't explain, if she, by any chance, stopped doing what the curse says, she would die. Anyways, this unknown person (a woman, had to mention it cuz can't keep saying "this person" xD) just wanted to get rid of what she called "World's trash", but didn't want to risk herself in such a dangerous experiment, she already didn't have a very "sane" mind and had already committed lots of different crimes, so kidnapping people wasn't a very difficult thing for her. After kidnapping them, she tried lots of horrible tortures to see whose body would accept the curse, many died, some others escaped (like Windop). But just one of them was able to accept the curse (and pretty fast, that's why Cilka's body isn't as damaged as Windop's). Cilka had to forcibly "work" for her for a long time, and couldn't refuse due to this person's power and strength (she wasn't just a normal crazy person), plus, Windop was still on her hands, so she threatened her that if she disobeyed her she would kill him (even so, she continued experimenting on him, and even after he escaped, she knew where he was). She couldn't ask for help, anyone who listened to her story would be killed the next day, and some didn't believe her. At the end, when Cilka finally found Windop and saw that he didn't remember anything, she kept everything for herself. She started hanging out with him though, however, always tried to avoid him when she was doing her "job". If you wonder what happened next, well, once she started going out with Windop she couldn't hide it any longer, he caught her and made her explain everything to him. She couldn't hold it any longer, so she did it, she told him everything (except from his forgotten past). After hearing this, he just couldn't leave her like that, so he started thinking on a way to get rid of that person who had been tormenting her all these years (Cilka's pretty negative depending on the situation, plus had already given up on finding a way to save herself, so she just left everything on destiny's hands). Windop didn't really care about what his girlfriend had said, he would search for a way to solve things in secret anyway, and so he did. Cilka didn't have friends, apart from Windop and Koip, but on the other hand, Windop had already made a couple of friends, and one of them was Amelka, whose power would be really helpful. (Welp, I won't explain more about this here, the story continues in Amelka's character description xdd).
Those strange color-marks all over her feet and hands are the curse marks (which disappear after the curse is gone).
Cilka started going out with Windop even if he didn't really remember her (the one from the past). Even so, Windop fell in love with her again, in fact, he was the one who confessed first.
She's not very interested on making friends, Windop doesn't mind this very much, but he would like her to meet new people or creatures, she sometimes have small chit-chats with his friends though.
She's a bad-mouthed girl who loves putting pranks on people and annoy them (kinda like Tristi, but a bit more serious), in fact, even if for some time she had to make lots of people suffer, she felt awful for this. Even after everything got solved, she keeps having nightmares about those days.
When she's with Windop she's a really caring girlfriend and would do anything for him Windop says she's cute too, when she's with other people she's kinda cold and serious xD, and when she's with people that Windop knows she's more like a funny person .
I know I said that she's cold and serious with people she doesn't know, but she likes helping everyone .
She loves purple and pink clothes , she also likes cute things.
She has been attached to Windop since they were little kids, at first she just thought that he was cute and treated him as a brother, after some years she started developing romantic feelings and had planned to confess to him before everything went to hell . However, once she finally got to see him again, she lost her courage to confess her feelings and thought it would be a burden to him, she wanted him to be happy with someone better, what is more, she thought that they just weren't meant to be after everything that had happened and the fact that he had lost his memories. She never thought that he would, once again, fall in love with her though xd.
