Thoughts On This Ranch Worker/Visitor

This guy appears in one scene in "Klaus and Rogu in 'Thank God for Loose Rocks': An American Dad! Adventure", where he's the first victim of his nuts getting shot at by Rogu.  Roger thought it's funny.

He either works at the Octuple J Dude Ranch or is one of the visitors.

He stood out to me because I like his outfit, and that he wears his boots outside of his jeans.  It's a shame we didn't see him while standing up before getting shot at. ^^

Hopefully he already has kids.
