Tori as a young child

This is when Tori was 2 or 3 years old. She was still in Canada. Tori just had another shunt surgery the previous day. It was different though. Instead of repairing her existing one her neurosurgeon placed a brand new one on the other side of her head. He hoped it would help with constant failures. Her adoptive mom Allissa was told to wear surgical gear to protect Tori. She wore lavender ones, so the kids were less scared on her ward. The neurosurgery ward nurse Periwinkle was looking after Tori that day.

The neurosurgeon was telling Allissa that he needed to do an extensive examination on Tori's new shunt. Tori listened to everything. She's terrified that he did something wrong. She didn't know if Allissa would be allowed to come in the room to comfort her. She didn't know if her bull was allowed with her to comfort her as well. So many things going through her toddler mind.
