Rehabilitation Allissa in hospital gown Wheelchair

This is my second OC Allissa 19 years old with left hemiplegia cerebral palsy, visual impairment, craniosynostosis & hydrocephalus. She was abandoned at a hospital as a baby due to her parents not wanting a disabled child. The brain injury she was born with was all due to medical malpractice. She became a ward of the government and placed in a home for disabled children. at age 18 she was given the few belongings she owned in a backpack and told to fend on the streets. she uses a wheelchair in the hospital as she is still regaining her strength to be able to walk independently. her hydrocephalus has also been unstable and her neurosurgeons don't want her to hurt herself.

She then was found unconscious in a park a little over a year since being kicked out of the home.
