Dreamscapes: Cy

Cy, one of the Dreamscapes characters. Cy is a cyborg, more machine than human... there's lots of other things to her, but I'm to lazy to describe, I'll post her other pictures later. No base, drawn from scratch in Photoshop.


I didn't put this in Pixel art because I don't do my dolls pixel by pixel, I use Photoshop's Paintbrush. No dodge and burn, smudging to a minumun, I like to treat it as a minature painting, so I use the painbrush.

File is a png because I was having trouble with the preview of the gif, wonder if everyone can see it?

Me gusta, te pregunto ¿es muy dificil dibujar pixel por pixel?

Hmm, bueno, no de verdad. Por lo menos, no si ya sabes de arte y artes graficas y conoces bien los programas. Hay muchos tutorials en la internet, yo tengo unos cuantos en mi webpage (a href="http://moonscape.ymvdesigns.com"> moonscape dollz y hay una gran lista bien organizada y variedad de tutorials en Xandorra's Place. La mayoria de las personas que crean doll utilizan Paintshop Pro o MSPaint, pero hay unas cuantas que usan Photoshop, como yo y aunque lo tutorials son para PaintShop Pro, en verdad que se pueden adaptar facilmente a Photoshop. En realidad creo que son facil de haacer, pero que queden bien es otra cosa, sabes, todo el mundo puded dibujar una linea y un circulo, pero no todos puede hacer una obra de arte con lineas y circulos. Si se necesita creatividad y un poco de talento artistico. Bueno, en fin, creo que deberias tratarlo, es un hobbie super divertido y vale la pena. En la area de "My Friends" hay unos cuantos "dollers" o "doll artists". Check these people out: [link] and [link] I know their work from the dolling world, and was suprised and pleased to find them here on deviantart, they have tutorials and links to other wonderful doll artists on their sites.
