Further Things About FL Studio
1. You must make sure the volume doesn't go into the red in the mixer window. Otherwise the music will sound crackly. This is very important.
2. You can add audio effects to the mixer by clicking the little down arrows next to the rectangular spaces that say "1", "2", etc. Adding a "Fruity Limiter" is essential. After that I usually like to add a Fruity Reverb effect to make orchestral scores sound more realistic. Soundgoodizer also works wonders in some cases. Fruity Bass Boost enhances any bass instruments in your music. Don't forget there's also presets to these effects in the browser window under Plugin Presets > Effects, and you can drag them to whatever slot (1 or 2, etc) in the mixer window.
3. Automation clips can be created from pretty much any dial and slider in the program. Just right click on it and choose "create automation clip". This will allow you great control over audio effects and such (like fading out the whole song at the end).
That's about all
