I love the woman on the stairs, she adds so much to the shot IMO.

Très belle photo ;)

That is just cool.. I love the ghosting of the subway. And I've actually been there so it is really cool to see photos from someone else in another part of the world take nearly the same photo... :D It just makes me think, ya know..

And I love the huge black frame. That really adds a lot! Nice shot

:w00t: I did the greenlight white balance too in Paris! :D But I have to say there are subway stations for almost every colour in that city!! :) And the really interesting ones are the small ones, like Pigalle 'n stuff. Old and greasy sometimes.. :giggle:

im quite sure i didn't change the white balance of this photograph :) this is exactly how it was taken, and i didn't change the white balance on my SLR as that's a bit of work for such a spur of th emoment shot hehe.. actually.. this was as spur of them moment as they get... i had to run and catch the metro right after the camera finished taking the shot

yup! And the white balance must have been set on the daylight :) ? Unless it was on AUTO and it's weird.. :) green often comes from neon "white" light... Cool shot!

:faq: Well now, if your SLR is not a digital SLR then you can't play with the wb because there is none! :omg: It's a matter of the used film type.
 While the digitals can have their "retina" (sensors) adjusted to filter out the light's tint by balancing the white point of the obtained image on sensors. Obviously this goes for dSLR too. :)
