Quest 64 is a single-player role-playing video game developed by Imagineer/ Konami and published by THQ.
It was released for the Nintendo 64 in 1998 and was the first role-playing video game released for the system in the United States
The combat system is a turn based command. It featured musical pieces composed by Masamichi Amano (also worked on Stratos4, Mario&Sonic at the Olympics Games, Django Unchained)

Located center of Carmagh, Normoon Village is the abode of Windmills.
The inhabitants of this quiet town are in majority retired Spirit Monks who dedicate their golden years to farming and producing wheat flour.
The city is connected to Larapool through the Majestic Windard Forest, where many Air spirits gather.
Another way is the forbidden path of Cull Hazard which is said to be the home of an ancient Dragon.

Normoon is one of the best locations in the Story.
The place has one of my favorite theme like the Island of Skye.
