Adoptable Terms of Service (TOS)
1. Base Rights (Included in Purchase Price)
Personal Use:
Upon purchase, you receive personal use rights and the right to earn basic monetization.
Included:
Use as an OC, write a bio, or do roleplay.
Commissioning other artists.
Use as a VTuber model, use in streams, or upload videos that generate revenue through ads and donations/Super Chat.
Use adoptables to write fictions, comics, or short stories that generate revenue through ads or voluntary tips/donations.
Trade or gift.
Resell for the same or lower price.
Change the design, but consider redrawing it.
Not Included:
Merchandising for sale is prohibited.
Usage for "pay-for-access" content (e.g., subscriptions, paywalls).
2. Reselling (Transfer of Ownership)
At or Below Cost (Personal Use): Reselling the adoptable at or below
