Edit: I decided to redo that design and give you guys a proper 11TH doctor's Tardis.. I was hasty in my first design it was just a basics of what a Tardis could be .. this one has some additional perks, which I will add to another supplemental Tardis Tool Kit later..I decided to reboot my earlier Tardis schematics and Blue Prints and just do character ships.. specific to the Doctor, the Master, the Rani, compassion, war Tardises, and Rassilon, and so on.. so please ignore the earlier uploads.. they do not matter.. this is the BOmb!! :headbang:

Okay, so I haven't been on here in awhile.. been sick.. I have pneumonia, and haven't been feeling up to getting out of bed lately.. needless to say, I had many dreams and thoughts.. trying to determine what the Tardis is, it can drive one mad.. however..

I have researched online, read more books, and consulted with some pretty high up, intelligent people, who know Doctor who..

I think I finally achieved the design I was looking for..I got a top side view, and bottom view, as well as a break down of each part so you guys can build your own Tardis.. I also have the type 91 in the works with each room deck/sections sporting Temporal missiles, and mega Time lord weaponry, not to mention new engines and such..Each Tardis will be represented as time goes by (also I will upload a positive black and white version later as well)..If I feel better I will upload them tomorrow.. at this point I am not sure how I will feel.. back to bed now.... :(

anyhow, here is the Blue Print 1st page I hope ya'll diggs..

I could truly use your help, as I'm trying to design a blueprint of a home that's essentially the mind-child of a TARDIS and the Sanctum Sanctorum.

Sure, what do you need help with?

I wish we could have seen this in the actual show at least once if this was what they really look like.

This is so amazing

Wow thanks! that's an old schematic, I have a much better one coming soon. the actual look is more like an armillary, with the rooms as spheres. You'll see that coming soon.

You're welcome.

I thought your work was excellent even though it's an oldie as you say.  I wish I could do stuff like this.

I think you will like the new one much better, it matches the map that was shown of the ship's interior from Journey to the centre of the TARDIS.

Hope this is not a double entry. My dsl glitched.
I am a huge Doctor Who fan starting long before the 9th Doctor. Seen all the old shows, so knew about the default cylindrical shape long before the S7 flash back. So when I saw these wonderful plans the error stood out big-time. That said the general art work is fabulous. Thanks.

No worries.. It was a long road to get here, but I have come to the decision that a TARDIS (especially after seeing it in the Journey to the Centre of the Tardis) that the ship resembles a high tech, and very spaceship like Armillary.. Which I have in the works based on the map derived from the Journey episode.

See here:

I also cross checked that with the TARDIS map pages presented in the Latest Doctor Who magazine.

sorry, but it's a 1963 police box and the native configuration is a stone cylinder with sideways sliding doors, which was brought out in "the name of the doctor".  not sure if anyone's said that but.....there you have it.

you are correct! this art is just completely old, and was before I knew allot more now about the TARDIS. You are exactly right!

My lastest work is based on the Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS episode, and the ship itself will resemble a cosmic Armillary..

Here is the map of the main floor section.

Yep wait until the posters come out for the new design, it's extremely accurate.

as #9 would say....FANTASTIC!  i've put you on my watch list so i'll know when it comes out.

Why thank you! The schematic poster is coming along fine, but very very slowly I must say. We are being extremely meticulous about this so it's taking a lot longer then I wanted it to be, but overall, it should be one of the best TARDIS designs ever produced by myself and my collaborative cohort.

i can imagine this will take a while and rightly so.  nothing of any merit is done quickly.

True that and in addition I have the help of a great researcher who is all about Doctor who
