My laptop (which is the only computer I have) is out of commission for the time being. "No boot sector on internal hard drive" doesn't sound too good! I don't have any boot disks either so I might not be uploading anything for a while.
Hopefully all my photos are safe on my external drive though....

Hope everyone's having a good 2012 so far. I've been on holiday in the states for the last couple of weeks, so haven't been on here much recently. Signed on yesterday to find about 10,000 new messages and it turns out my photo of Osaka castle in the snow got a Daily Deviation. Stoked!
Couldn't be happier about the photo that was chosen as it's one of my personal favourites.
If you haven't seen it before it's this one:
I'm now up to 200 watchers (thanks ), so I'll probably do another watchers feature soon.
Thanks to for the suggestion and for the feature. Please check out their galleries, some of which I have featured below.
Because I've just been promoted at work I'm way too busy to reply to every favourite personally unfortunately, but thank you and I do appreciate them.

After some delay here is part two of my watchers feature. Most of these artists are seriously underated so please check them out!

Rainy Japan Feature:
It's getting more and more humid in Kansai* which can mean only one thing.
The rainy season is coming!
And a couple of mine:
*An area on the biggest island of Japan containing Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe and Nara.
Seasons Betrayal: MidnightThe Fog had only started to weave throughout the forest when a lone figure disturbed it. Creeping silently through the bracken, and leaping over shear rocks, the figure moved hastily through the forest. It soon came to a pause at a stream to only raise it's snout in the air, sniff, and continue it's journey to the east.:thumb160521910:
The fog kept getting dimmer and dimmer, until only the dark creeping shadows concealed the figure.Staying in the shadows, The figure picked up pace, almost invisible in the dark shadows of the trunks of the trees. Cris-crossing hastily to stay out of the moon lit night, the figure soon came to a small clearing, where it came out into the glowing, grass filled clearing.
The moons glow gave way to the, now visible, wolf's white fur, glistening in the light. Raising it's head straight up, it gave out a long scarce howl into the cold night.

I recently passed 100 watchers so felt it was time to get a premium membership and do a feature. Also gives me the chance to mess about with journal css
Firstly, I'd like to share some images by the first person to watch me. He's a good photographer and a nice guy to boot so please check out his galery.
I went through all my watchers and picked out one of my favourites from their galleries. Here they are in the order they added me (just about). This is part 1. I'll post the rest later.
