This is Enlil, and he has no last name because I can't be bothered. :T No seriously, I suck at last names, sorry.

Personality: quiet, not sociable at all, likes killing people quickly to get it over with, tries to keep a distance from everyone. In fact, he's rather clumsy, but he tries to hide it~ He's pretty short-tempered, and gets mad if he can't kill the person he needs to kill quickly. :/
Abilities: Well, he has guns, so guess he can shoot *laughs* but actually, despite his excellent aim and his good guns, that's just a distraction method! In reality, he can control air. Yup. Thus his name.
So like... I don't really hope I win because if I wanted to win, I should have started working on this earlier. XD You can feel my motivation. OTL
But I had fun drawing him. He's sexy. ;U;
