Description
Well I know that I've received a lot of Faves for the Basic Speech Bubbles and it's been nagging at the back of my head that I should include how I make running dialogue and overlapping bubbles in case someone other there needs a visual!
Please review the first tutorial before reading through this one. While I wrote out the directions for some of it it doesn't have the nifty little arrows showing which way to drag a tag in order to get the curvature like you want it!
I wrote it more as a novice to intermediate user.
Feel free to down load it and give the link to anyone you think can use it!

the way I do it is different with varying results I use the elliptical marquee tool to make balloons and use the polygon lasso tool to make the tail with the "add to selection" clicked then I go to EDIT and stroke them in black and use fill to make the insides white
