I'm Back! - Update!
Hey everybody! Let's see, here's a quick update. In my last journal I said I'm cutting hours at Sam's Club. Well, I quit, so permanent hour-cutting right there. My fifth book is out and available at Amazon.com, http://www.amazon.com/Impossible-Bow-Building-Archery-Bows/dp/098324815X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1317620589&sr=8-1 and should be available at other fine booksellers soon. I just got done with the local Gun and Knife show today, selling bows and my books. Did pretty well with the book, did some book signing, got a bunch of great contacts. Didn't sell a single bow, but that's fine by me. I also left the booth today for a few hours to hel

Good to be back again!
Hey everybody, it's been a while! Just wanted to come back and see how everyone is doing. Things have definitely changed in my life, and I have to say it's been awesome! I am married now, to the same girl I was going out with in highschool (the subject of my relationship-related journal I'll Never Be Good Enough). I also have a son. His name is Levi, and between eating, sleeping, pooping, and pulling off my glasses, he destroys worlds. Not really, just joking (only the destroying worlds part. That'll come later.) I am also the proud author of three books! First up is the Backyard Bowyer http://www.amazon.com/Backyard-Bowyer-Beginners-Guide-B

Hey there. I am working on a cover image for a PDF that I'm putting together, and I would love to use one of your katana images for part of the logo! If you're interested, let me know!

Hey, nice work on the maps! Which katana image were you thinking about? You can use whatever you like, but some sort of linkback or at least a little recognition would be nice. You do good work, do you do maps for novels? My novels still have a ways to go, but I'm just putting out the feelers.

Thanks! I was looking at the 'Katana, Oda Nobunaga' image particularly. I am not sure whether I'll use it sheathed or unsheathed yet, but I would likely incorporate it into the logo for one of my product lines on RPGNow. If I end up using it, I will definitely find some space on the readme page for image attribution. my e-mail address is posted on my profile, if you want to send me your real name. I can send you an example of what I'd use it for too.

I've done maps for novels before, though normally my work ends up in RPG products. I definitely do commissions, so feel free to keep me in mind when the time comes! Also, some of the best cartographers on the web can be found at The Cartographer's Guild: [link]
