I don't know what exactly it is about winter that I love so much.  I suppose I really just like the idea of winter and the imagery it represents: the cold, the snow, clear blue skies that seem to LOOK cold, the flat greyness of an overcast sky.  I like to think about these things and I regularly draw inspiration from them but I don't actually like being out in the cold.  I guess I'm just a hypocrite when it comes to weather

...from the norm.  A normality which warps with each passing second and which in itself is a deviation from a previous norm.  Society in and of itself is a babbling idiot which spouts out each new word and aberration that bubbles to the top of its roiling consciousness.  An idiot which plunges forward on a whim and does not learn from its mistakes.  An idiot that sees only the present, for the present is its only perception of the world.  It can't predict the future and it does not remember the past.  From the tongue of this beast we have been given us an abstract concept of normalcy and what is socially acceptable.  Those who stray from this cozy shelter of conformity are cursed and damned by those who sit in their bubble of comfort and look down on the "freaks". This is what it means to be different. This is what it means to be a deviant.
