Gillian's Place

Alrighty! It's been far too long since my last release of a new artwork! But here it is! In parts inspired by Robert A. Heinlein's "Stranger In A Strange Land" (Which took him 13yrs to finish!), I wanted to learn a little more about basic 3d modeling and used this project to do so. In the book we have this lady character Gillian who loves the grass carpet in the apartment of a friend and I wanted to give her her own apartment. A lot of experimenting went into this one and maybe that's visible for good or for worse in this scene. I still think that it works good enough as a neat futuristic vision of sorts. Had my fun with this one and hope you enjoy the view.
