I remember sitting in front of the tv with my Jack Russels and watching the Tagesschau where it was announced that there will soon be the Euro. I was totally exited back then like "Wooooah, new money" ;D I also used to say when I wanted to buy something "Opa, hast Du noch Marken?" ;D
