Calmness from Within

Calmness from within is one of the deepest forms of peace a person can experience. It is not found in silence alone, nor in the absence of problems, but in the steady understanding that you can remain grounded no matter what life brings. The world is filled with noise, pressure, and constant movement , everyone seems to be rushing somewhere, chasing something, or trying to become someone. Yet in the middle of that chaos, there exists a quiet place inside you, a space untouched by fear, comparison, or expectation. That is where calmness truly lives. To find it, you must first learn to slow down. Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and listen ,not to the world around you, but to the voice within. It’s the voice that reminds you that you are enough, that you don’t need to control everything, and that peace doesn’t depend on circumstances. It grows from acceptance, from patience, and from faith .....faith that even in uncertainty, you are where you need to be. Calmness from within is

They tell me I have grown quiet. That my voice is barely there. And when I do speak, I say only a word. A word can be a sentence too. And silence can be stronger than most speeches. I don't deny it. I've gone so quiet that I don't remember the sound of my voice at all. I don't try to remind myself. I stay in my silence. How are you offended by something I never said? You try to guess what I think but never correctly. You can't know what I think. My silence should not have subtitles to aid you to figure out the meaning. You either hear it and understand it, or you let it blend in with the rest. Many are silent. You don't hear it, do you? ... The world is loud enough. My voice became an excess. To me, mostly. It did.
