-TideTale:102- Chapter 0: OnceUponATimeChapter 0: Once Upon A Time
It's a beautiful day outside. Birds are singing. Flowers are blooming.
Over and over. Always the same. Always the same things to do, the same things to say, the same things to worry about. Nothing ever changes. My life is running in circles. I could quit my current job and become a fortune teller, judging by how familiar I am with everything by now.
Sans sighs, and opens his eyes, squinting at the dim sunlight creeping through the blinds.
So you’re sick of it as well?
I’m bored, too, y’know.
I have been for a very long time.
But I have an idea.
Why don’t we try something new?
This should be enough to rid both of us of our boredom.
Let’s see what this world is really like.
-TideTale:102- Chapter 1: HeartacheChapter 1: Heartache
It’s a beautiful day outside. Trees are swaying in the summer breeze, their branches and leaves home to countless happily chirping birds. The monsters are making their way out of the Underground, through the remains of the destroyed barrier, onto a plateau that overlooks fields of bright yellow flowers, stretching on for miles and miles, all the way towards the horizon where mountains contrast the clear blue sky and white fluffy clouds. A whole world is waiting for them.
"We’ve done it, human! We’re free!!" Papyrus calls, full of excitement and overwhelmed by the countless new sensations, trying to take it all in.
Sans next to him is yawning as usual, but the content grin on his face reveals that he too is happy. Frisk tries to stay in the background and smiles quietly to themselves.
This seems to have been one of their better runs.
The world trickles on peacefully… and then stops.
Sans wakes with a start, and looks arou

Something is wrong.
Something is terribly, terribly wrong.
Monsters all over Snowdin are hurrying along their way, completing whatever errands they may have, constantly looking over their shoulder and whispering to each other in hushed tones. It’s been silent for quite a while now, an hour at least.
Before… there was screaming.
Screaming in the distance and a funny taste to the air, heavy and metallic and downright sickening. Windows facing towards where the entrance to the Ruins lies are caked with what seems to be ash, thick enough to turn them non-transparent, as if there was a fire nearby. But there is no fire. There was only screaming, and even that is gone now.
Members of the Royal Guard came to the town, warning the residents not to leave the village, and also installing hidden cameras all over the place, all turned towards the street. Undyne even came to their house and explicitly ordered Papyrus not to recalibrate his puzzles to
-TideTale:Two Nuts And A Screw- Chapter 1The Plan and its glorious execution
It was a beautiful day outside… birds were singing, flowers were blooming…
The code was untouched.
She hadn’t been here today.
And W.D. Gaster, former Royal Scientist and now only a phantom within the depths of the undertale.ini code, was waiting. He had been waiting for a long time – not that time was of any importance here. His single eye was open, unblinking, and he was staring out into the stream of numbers and letters that made up the world of UnderTale. What he was waiting for was a nudge, a disturbance in the flow, a modification of the code. She had escaped him so many times by now that a lesser monster would probably have given up by now. But not him. No, he would stay determined. He would catch her… one day.
A strange little piece of code flew by, caching his attention. It wasn’t a nudge, but it was definitely unfamiliar. He frowned, then decided that, whatever it

The Reason and its embarrassing consequences
No-one said anything for a little while, trying to come up with a way to explain their dilemma without giving her an advantage.
“We have no idea how the USB stick works and need your help” Color finally answered her question, earning him an angry look from Gaster and Mecha.
META ignored them and turned towards Color.
“Alright, and what do you need the USB stick for?”
“As you probably already know, Menna and Mecha got married a while ago. Menna would really like to have his children, but that’s currently not possible for… reasons that Mecha should probably explain to you himself” he said while shooting Mecha, whose face had turned a bright pink at Color’s comment, an annoyed glance “It’s all pretty ridiculous, but as long as Menna’s happy, I don’t care”
“Okay, but why not let Alphys make him a new body? Wasn’t that what she di

They stared at her, too shocked to speak. Then, Menna cleared her throat.
“But won’t programming in new Souls cause the SoulEater to appear? Wasn’t the reason why it attacked Mecha back then because he programmed in a new Soul for himself?”
“Precisely!” META exclaimed “And see, that’s the funny part about this whole affair! The only reason you’re not killing me is because of my programming skills, and the only reason why I can’t help you is also because of my programming skills!”
“Well, isn’t that just a shame” Gaster mumbled sarcastically, but Menna ignored him.
“But isn’t there a way to trick it, so it doesn’t see the Soul being programmed in?”
META sighed. “Not really. It doesn’t operate based on ‘normal’ senses like sight or smell. Its coding constantly checks for both the amount of Monster

"Say. What if I told you... I knew some way to get you a better ending?"
“Yeah, whatever, tumbleweed. Can we just skip the small talk and get on the fucking Pacifist Route?”
Flowey eyed META, peeved by her insulting manner.
“Sure, whatever, freak. Have fun not being able to enjoy the game anymore because you’re dead inside”
“Speak for yourself, Caesar Salad. I kicked your ass in every playthrough since I started. Now fuck off and let us through”
The little golden flower scowled, stuck his tongue out at them and then ran for it.
“He really doesn’t like you, does he?” Color asked, shaking his head, but META laughed.
“He’s just mad because I don’t find his stupid One-Winged Angel form scary anymore. Unlike other people” she said with a pointed glance at Mecha.
“What the fuck was that thing?!?” the robot screamed with some ridiculous ges
