Description
The courtroom was packed, but no one expected the trial to take this turn. As the judge called for “Ticklish Evidence Exhibit A,” the bailiff wheeled in a restrained young man, wrists and ankles tightly bound to a specially designed tickle rack in front of the jury. His shirt was already off, revealing a toned torso that twitched involuntarily with anticipation. The prosecutor, smirking, flicked a switch and the rack whirred to life. The man instantly erupted into wild, helpless laughter, squirming against the restraints as his face turned crimson. “Your Honor,” the prosecutor said over the rising hysterics, “as you can see, this witness is not only extremely ticklish, but incapable of holding a single coherent thought under tickle pressure.” The jury couldn’t help but giggle themselves as the man continued to howl with laughter, his body writhing uncontrollably in full view of the amused courtroom.
