You Matter!

So after this crazy past week. I don't need to explain to any of you why it has been crazy, as I'm sure some of you are in the same boat as me. I don't even live in the U.S.A. but beyond the point, I've seen a lot of hate going around this past week in the news, including racism and sexism, two very ugly topics I don't like to talk about. Still, I feel the need to be addressed because of a certain individual whom I refuse to even acknowledge, saying his name. I think this is beyond politics by this point, and I'm scared not only for my American neighbours to the South but also I'm scared for my own country, Canada, as well. Talks of it becoming an addition to America have me frustrated beyond anything. I know Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has voiced we're NOT going to conjoin Canada with America, but I am concerned for my very future right now. Anyway enough with the politics and all that other negative crap I didn't bring you here to talk about that stuff as I don't like talk about my political views as I know it can drive wedges between people even close families causing unnecessary fights that don't need to happen. I just wanted to let you all know that despite all the garbage and hate spewing bullshit that's happening right now I just wanted to let you know that you still matter, you have a place, a purpose, a group of connections weather friends, family, your significant other, or your kids that love you very much for who you are and I couldn't think of a better representative to voice this message than Amela herself as she comes from a tough start where she was judged for her parentage and animals even lions within her very family being mistrustful of her but eventually left the Tree of Life to find a better life in the Pride Lands where she learns what love truly is like.  Which is why all walks of life, whether you're of a different ethnicity, you're gay, lesbian, trans, nonbinary, straight, or cisgender. You are welcome to my page, as I was taught to treat everyone with respect, doesn't matter who you are. My page is a safe space for you, and hate of any kind won't be tolerated here. Just remember you have a purpose, and don't let anyone ever make you think differently of yourself! You know who you are, and you know you're your best self; don't EVER let doubt take that away from you.
