Description
Shujaa went to go and look for his sister after she took off from Pride Rock to investigate what that roaring could me all about. He noticed it was really quiet until he heard the familiar sobs of his sister, Uzani. As Shujaa goes off the path and through the lush green vegetation he comes into a clearing seeing his sister with her back towards him her shoulders slumped and head bent down as she's crying. A look of concern washed over Shujaa's face as he wondered what could have made his sister upset so much. He slowly approaches his crying sister and offers her a nuzzle as Uzani glances up surprised to see her brother sitting right next to her.
Shujaa: "What's wrong, Uzani? What has happened to make you become this upset?
Uzani: *Sniff* "...Shujaa, it's horrible... I don't know where to even begin!" *Uzani's eyes go big as she's ready to pour her heart out to Shujaa ready to let all her emotions out onto him.*
Shujaa: "What happened, Sis?" *He looked bewildered at what it might be Uzani would have to say.
Uzani: *Takes a deep breath then exhales regaining her composure* "It's Dad... I witnessed him and Mom having a fight. From what I've gathered... When he left the Pride Lands for the Tree of Life a year ago for his heal treatment he ended up falling in love with a lioness named Rani that lives there." *More tears started to stream down Uzani's cheeks.*
Shujaa: *His green eyes went wide as he lowered his ears.* "How could Dad do this...? How is Mom coping?"
Uzani: "She went to go and speak with Aunt Kiara and Zuri. She wants to be alone with them right now."
Shujaa: "Where's Dad?"
Uzani: "With Grandmother and Grandfather. But if you're expecting him to stay long don't get your hopes up. Mom told me that he's leaving within two days and headed back for The Tree of Life." *Uzani slowly looks to Shujaa with a look of disappointment on her face.*
Shujaa: "We'll talk with Dad together later but despite everything that happens between our parents you know as well as I. We'll always have each other no matter how tough things get for either of us." *Shujaa nuzzles Uzani*
Uzani: "I know, brother. I know we'll always have each other's backs."
