She Will Never Be One Of Us.

So, I was doing some experimenting with colors this week just to see what would fit where and I found a color scheme that fit the lions at different times of the day and night. This will be a continuation of the "Tarzan Crossover Lion King AU" where Vitani is Nala's daughter and Simba is never very accepting of Vitani because she bears so much resemblance of her father, Scar, in her which is why Simba shows a lot of resentment towards the lioness cub.

One day, while Vitani is tagging along with Kiara, Kiara jokingly tells Vitani to get an wildebeest hair off an wildebeest tail while Kiara is busy with some other lion cubs hoping to keep her away, to which Vitani takes seriously and, unfortunately, jumps into the grazing grounds and stalks up to a wildebeest and grabs its tail causing the wildebeests to run wild and rush through the lions' territory. When Simba sees this, he scowls at Vitani, who survived the stampede.

Nala: "Kiara? Vitani?" (She rushes toward the pair of them and nuzzles briefly them both before giving both her daughters a scolding glare.) "Oh, both of you scared me! What happened?"

Vitani: "Well, I…" 

Kiara: "Um, it's sort of a long, it's involved, because what happened, it was a weird--"

Simba: (Slowly walks up and stands a few paces behind Nala glaring at Kiara and Vitani.) "Kiara, what happened?"

Vitani: (Sighs heavily and gazes up at the King of the Pride Lands. Simba's glare shifts towards her as she spoke.) " It was my fault, Simba."

Nala: (Looks down on Vitani with a look of disbelief in her eyes.) "Vitani!"

Vitani: "We were playing, and well, I'm sorry Simba." (She reaches out one of her paws and tries to put it on top of Simba's paw but her pulls it out of her reach.)

Simba: (He growls and bares his teeth at Vitani) "You almost killed someone!" 

Vitani: (Her ears droop and she lays down at Simba's feet.) "But it was an accident!"

Nala: (Steps over Vitani and glares at Simba defending for her daughter.) "She's only a cub!"

Simba: "That's no excuse, Nala, you can't keep defending her."

Nala: "But she'll learn."

Simba: "She will never learn. You can't learn to be one of us." (He tried shoving his face close to Vitani's as she cowered under Nala's belly.)

Nala: (Snarls and swipes her claws toward Simba's face.) "You never give her a chance!" (She bares her teeth at Simba growling.)

Simba: "Give her a chance? Nala, look at her! She will never be one of us."

Vitani: (Disappointed and hurt by this, she runs down to the waterhole as Nala and Kiara look on with shock concern.)
