How Taka Gained His Scar: Part 1

So, this is something that has been nipping me in my side for quite some time. A lot of fan comics from "The Lion King" that revolve around Scar (Formally known as Taka) that I've read end up showing either Ahadi or Mufasa are the ones that end up giving Scar his scar across his left eye. But in the canon universe Scar ended up obtaining his Scar from a buffalo attack. I like the idea of my OC, Kura (Nala's Father) never liked Taka growing up because they both shared the same spark of having feelings for Sarafina. By the time both males reached the age of adolescents things started to take a turn for the worst. Fights over Sarafina would become more violent if Kura ever saw Taka talking with his potential mate-to-be that Sarafina would be so terrified she would run back to Pride Rock and fetch Mufasa to try and break up the fighting males locked in deadly combat. On one day Sarafina wasn't so lucky as both Mufasa and Sarabi were visiting a neighboring Pride to discuss territory divisions. Leaving Taka in charge of things while they were away. While Taka is slumping through the Pridelands he spots the one lioness that perks up his spirits and calls out to her.

Taka: "Sarafina, hey wait up!" {He runs towards Sarafina smiling.}

Sarafina: {Turns around} "Hmm? Oh Taka, how are you?"

Taka: "Not that great I've been confined to Pride Rock as "Acting King" while Mufasa and Sarabi are away on royal business in another Pride."

Sarafina: "Aw... I'm sorry, Taka. What about the Lion Guard, don't they need you today?"

Taka: "Meh... I'm not so worried about those guys the four of them have things covered for the next two days." {Puffs out his chest looking very proud of himself.}

Sarafina: "If you say so." {Sarafina and Taka start laughing together.}

Kura: "Sarafina!" {Kura jumps in front of Sarafina, snarling and growling at Taka.} "How many times do I have to keep telling you! STAY. AWAY. FROM. HER!"

Taka: "She's my friend, Kura! We live in the same territory! You wouldn't hurt your king would you, Kura?"

Sarafina: {Surprised at both lions' ferocity and stares back and forth in stunned silence.}

Kura: "Mufasa is my king! You will a runt as you will never be a real king!"

Taka: "You bastard, take that back at once!" {Taka unsheathes his claws and snarls ready to spring on Kura.}
