Brother and Sister Reunited

It had been a month since Chiku, Mukasa, and Uzani left the Pridelands the trio was on their way to the Tree of Life. As future king of Pride Rock. Mukasa and Chiku's mother, Queen Kiara had assigned her son and heir to the throne all around to all the neighboring kingdoms and their allies to share knowledge of what was happening in their homeland while Mukasa collected updates and information that he could bring home to his parents when they returned. Now that their long month trip was nearing it's end and he was going to see his Uncle Kion and Aunt Tiifu and spend a few days in their kingdom before heading home at last. As Ullu the Eurasian Eagle-Owl guided Chiku, Mukasa, Uzani through the trail that led to the center of King Kion and Queen Tiifu's kingdom. Uzani couldn't help but feel sudden excitement sparking inside of herself. She was finally going to see her family after a long time of being apart from them. It was nice she was still surrounded by her loved ones at home but ever since Uzani's brother, Shujaa left to live at the tree with his mate, Maua and their parents and the rest of their siblings. Uzani felt a pang of loneness she didn't feel even when their mother, Tiifu left to rule as queen after Rani had passed from blood loss while birthing Akin. Sadly Rani didn't make it through the night to see her son thrive and died in her sleep while Akin fed off Rani's milk. Tiifu vowed than and there to raise Akin as her son as well as always be there for Shani and the rest of her cubs she shared with Kion if they ever needed guidance or advice. Uzani missed Shujaa's soft warm pelt brushing beside her side during the nights she missed having her mom around but she wasn't a young cub anymore, Akin needed a mother and she was glad her own mother could be that for him. As the tree came into view she saw a familiar cream pelt come into view. Uzani didn't wait for her cousins to reach her side and rushed down the hill as she shouted out her brother's name Shujaa ran towards his sister and once the pair of siblings in close range they touched foreheads together. Meanwhile as Mukasa and Chiku watched their cousins sharing a warm reunion Maua had come to join them and watched on with joy. It truly was a wonderful reunion for Uzani and Shujaa both and Uzani couldn't wait to see the rest of her family real soon.
