Whew... This was a long one to complete but I'm glad it's finally done. Not everyone could get a battle scene so just use your imagination. 
Scar: "Army of Scar! Attack!"
As the two Lion Guards backed up together as he fallen King calls for his army. Suddenly, Ushari, Shupavu and her group of skinks, Kiburi's float emerge. They approach the Lion Guard as Kion starts to growl at the approaching reptiles.
Ushari: "You can't escape, Lion Guards."
Kiburi: "This time we get to eat 'em." (JAWS SNAPPING)
Bunga: "So it's a snake and a few lizards. Big deal. We can take 'em down!"
Kion: "There's no time, Bunga. We have to go! C'mon, this way and keep the young ones in sight!"
Chiku: "Right Uncle Kion! Lion Guard follow me!"
Chiku leads her guard the other way while Kion isn't far behind. Scar's wicked laughter echoes around the crater around the volcano as this throws her off focus. She only heard mimics of this exact same laughter from her grandfather at story time but hearing the real thing sent a chill up her spine that was hard to describe...
She then felt a nudge from her brother. Turning to look at Kibo with Chiku still in a daze. Kibo nudged his sister again.
Kibo: "Stay focused, sis! I know it's intimidating to see the real Scar but don't let him get into your head!"
Chiku: "You're... You're right, Kibo I'm sorry!"
Before Kibo could get a word in a cry from their uncle made both siblings and the rest of the members stop in their tracks.
Kion: "Chiku! Kibo! Shujaa! Uzani! Heshima! Hyenas dead ahead!"
The four lion cubs and young tigress come to a skidding halt as Janja cackles in usual laugh.
Janja: "Got ya now, Lion Guards!"
Kion: "Everyone, follow me!"
But the final path of escape had been blocked by Reirei's pack.
Reirei: "Sure! Come this way! I dare ya!"
As Kion tried to look for another way out he felt someone shuffle right under his paws. It was Uzani and she was terrified.
Uzani: "Daddy! I want to go home back to Pride Rock... Back to Mom and Auntie Kiara and Uncle Kovu and most of all Grandma and Grandpa."
Kion: "And we will my little flower! I made a promise to your mother and your Aunt Kiara I would protect all of you cubs and I intend to keep my promises!"
Scar: "I wouldn't go and make false promises you can't keep, Kion! You and both of your cubs will be dead before you can get away!"
This made Kion angry as he turned to the evil lion in the fire.
Kion: "You may threaten me as much as you want, Scar, but you will NEVER EVER threaten the lives of my cubs or my sister's cubs! I made a promise to both of their mothers we where all going to make it back ALIVE with ash in hand!"
Scar only let out a light chuckle as Kion turned back to the two birds on his team.
Kion: "Ono! Mgomo! See if you two can find a way out!
Ono: "Affirmat... Oh! Ow! Ow!"
Mgomo: "Ow! Get away, ow! You stupid vultures! Ah!"
Both the egret and the martial eagle where knocked down by Mzingo and his parliament of vultures.
Makini: “Vultures, too? For someone so evil, Scar sure has a lot of friends.”
Heshima: “Mgomo! You okay pal?
Scar: "Army of Scar! Attack!"

Ono: “Affirmative.” Ono didn't see Kiburi until the last second and flew straight foe Mgomo as the eagle let out a warning screech and making himself look big and threatening but the crocs weren't at all fazed with Mgomo's "scary appearance" at all
Scar: (LAUGHS EVILLY) "You see, Kion? There is no escape."
All of them where backed up to the ledge and Uzani felt herself slip she clung on as tight as she could while Scar watched with glee at the sight in hopes she would fall into the lava below.
Shujaa: "UZANI!!!"
Kion: "NO!!"
Fuli: "I've got you, Uzani!" Her mentor pulled her up by the scruff as the terrified lioness cub ran to her brother for comfort.
A couple of rocks fall to the lava and plumes of smoke rise up startling everyone out of their, feathers, fur, and skin.
Fuli: “Uh, Kion? It’s getting kinda hot!”
Beshte: “Got any good ideas?”
Bunga: “Or maybe even a bad one?”
Kion didn’t know if this would work or not but it was their FINAL option on getting them all out of here alive.
Kion: “Everyone get behind me! And stay together! Chiku come to my side! I’m warning all of you. Get out of our way!
Kion: “You okay, Ono!”
Ono: “Affirmative.” Ono didn't see Kiburi until the last second and flew straight foe Mgomo as the eagle let out a warning screech and making himself look big and threatening but the crocs weren't at all fazed with Mgomo's "scary appearance" at all

Kiburi: “Nothin’ tastier than a meal with a sense of humor.”
Scar: (LAUGHS) “Are you and your niece planning to use the Roar together, Kion? Surely you both realize the massive power of your roars will simply make the volcano erupt. Just like it did when you helped me return.”
Shujaa: “Dad, what’s he talking about?”
Kion: “I don’t know, son. But you don’t know as much about the Roar as you think, Scar! Ready Chiku?”
Chiku: “Ready as I’ll ever be Uncle!”
As Chiku and Kion both begin to roar together first at Kiburi’s float. The two leaders continue to roar at Reirei’s pack and finally at Janna’s clan, clearing the way so they could at last escape. Scar realizes they are finally escaping with the ash in hand to cure Simba of his poison.
Scar: “Stop them vultures! Don’t let them take that gourd.”
Kion: “C’mon, everyone! Hurry!”
Makini stumbles, giving the vultures time to attack. Mgomo, Fuli, and Bunga race back to help her, with Ono’s help Mgomo and him diving and scattering the vultures before they can peck the gourd away from her staff.
Kiburi: “Nothin’ tastier than a meal with a sense of humor.”

Fuli and Bunga tackle the final two vultures and Makini grabs the gourd. Seeing her having trouble removing the gourd, Mgomo swoops in and severs the vines holding it. When the vultures return, Kin nods to his niece and Chiku by herself uses her Roar once again to send them away, and they all hurry back home. Scar glares over at his defeated army.
Scar: “Well… It seems the war has just begun.”

Wow! Awesome! I remember when Kujenga and her friends were in something like this too! And I have to agree with you, it can be VERY challenging to create a perfect battle scene. You know what they say, you're gonna need a bigger imagination. That's the tag line of LEGO Dimensions which I agree to.
