I am fifty one years young (I categorically refuse to even think the 'o' word, much less admit to it!), I am an artist, poet, writer, and author of two already published books, with a third due out any day now and am working on four more, IN THE COMPANY OF DRAGONS being my current project, and also the source of inspiration for the golden dragon.  I suffer from bi-polar/schizo-effective disorder and I use my art as one of my coping skills to help me deal with the symptoms of the illness.  I am soft hearted, hard headed, and a fighter from the word get go when it comes to learning new ways of staying on top of my illness.  One of the four book
