Digital painting inspired by a photo belonging to ~schmoo15 depicting his cat, Schmoo. His photo won best-in-show in my 2013 animal photography contest and was used with permission as reference for this painting. His winning photo is posted here:

I know a lot of digital artists don't like lens flare renders but while I respect their opinion, I'm also happy with the result here and can still sleep at night.
