Changing their form

Over time an esk may experience shifts in their spirit that can spark a change in their form. An esk may go through a life-changing journey, realize something from their past, have an encounter with an unusual being, or simply have a change of heart that calls for something new in their manifestation. In order to change their form they must use some of their accumulated energy.

Sprout 2 The Energy Exchange acts as a marketplace where you can trade in your esk's GP for modifications to their design and abilities. 

Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! Esk can only spend their GP to buy traits and modifications for themselves. You cannot use one esk to buy things for a different esk. Growth Points represent an esk's personal growth as they go on their own journey.
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! Please include descriptions and/or images with your request, it is very helpful for the review process.
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! You cannot change an esk's morph in the EE, but you can make certain purchases to appear similar to morphs (such as buying sleek and manx to closely resemble a fungi morph), but you will not be able to obtain a morph's unique traits (for fungi: absence of toes) unless you do a morph shift during a special event.
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! You can only do exchanges for one esk per comment, but you can request as many EE trades for that esk as you want.

• Uncommon markings including stripes/spots get charged once per purchase for covering less than 50% of body (even if spread out). 
• Uncommon markings including stripes/spots that cover more than 50% of the body require the purchase of a rare trait. New Growth ButtonThis is determined by body span or coverage, not by size of the markings. For example: tiny spots across the entire body count as a rare trait even though the spots themselves are tiny.
• Bright markings stacks once onto purchase if under 50% of body is affected, even if the affected areas are spread out around the body. 
• Bright coloration (rare) stacks once onto purchase if more than 50% of body is affected.

Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! Allows you to make changes to an existing mutation. The change must represent a variation on the existing mutation and not change one mutation into a whole new mutation.
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U!  Acceptable examples:
 Changing bird wings into bat wings, these are both considered variations within the "wings" mutation.
 Changing the placement of horns, changing which markings are affected by color-shifting, changing the nature feature affected by ravaging growth, etc.
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U!  Unacceptable example: 
 Changing a fish tail into an ox tail. These are considered two separate mutations. "Tail" is not a mutation with various interpretations. You could, however, modify the fish tail to look like a different species of fish.
This is a complex new option so please send us a group note for consultation if unsure about anything!
Swap Mutation

150GP

Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! allows you to swap a mutation out for a similar one, but one that also requires a name change.
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! Acceptable examples:
 Swapping ox tail to partially sleek tail. Both are mutations dealing with the tail, but have specific mutation names.
Swapping underdeveloped front leg to absence (front leg).
This is a complex new option so please send us a group note for consultation if unsure about anything!

Remove Mutation

10+GP

Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! allows you to remove a mutation. 10 GP is the base cost - for mutation removal that is large scale and would require large edits to an existing design more GP may be required. Please send us a note if you have any questions or want to check how much your removal would be!
if you would like to replace a mutation with one that is a different type (ex: horns swapped out for scales) this option will accompany the "mutation" option for a total of 160GP.



Modify Original Form Fragment

10-75GP

Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! modify an original form fragment on an abnormal esk
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! 75 GP is the base price, but very minor changes can be 10 GP minimum
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! if the fragment is manifested as a nature feature or mutation, use the options designated for those instead
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! if the intended change is better suited for a mutation, staff may require a buy/modify mutation instead
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! can be used to change the fragment's position or design (such as changing the design on a hilt's sword), but must match the recorded original form in the ID
Dot Bullet (Lime Green) - F2U! removing/adding fragments requires approval on a case-by-case basis. Removal is done sparingly, as abnormal esk should keep some visual tie to their original form. While some 'additions' to the fragment can be classified under this option, other times it is better to purchase an accessory
• Note for all Abnormals: any modifications including nature features and familiars purchased from the EE still need to follow the Abnormal's current Biome, even if it was changed during their Transformation.

Please comment below with your request. It helps to be descriptive and provide photos or mock-ups of your proposed changes. Submitting an EE request does not automatically update your masterlist, you will have to submit a separate Spirit Renewal request in order to have the changes earned here added to your esk's official Esk-Masterlist entry.

MYO design changes are reviewed based on the species guide as well as on whether they are compatible with the TWWM world. Design changes that cause an esk to overly resemble normal-looking animal species or other original species, or changes that do not seem genre-appropriate, may require design alterations. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and we are happy to work closely with designers to come up with an idea that both parties are pleased with. Please send the team a group note if you have questions.

arctic fox gang!! his arctic foxes will have similar frost patterns in his fur to him (when his elemental is active) or be made out of his aurora elemental (when active). when neither elemental is active they will just look like foxes. each fox will each have a white wisp above their heads, this being the guiding light enchantment. it will allow them to go far from nali to check things out and to guide him to anyone that needs him, alternately to help others find him if needed!
