:star::star:The Rules:star::star:
:bulletred: Only horses registered with Thoroughbred-Society may enter.
:bulletred: You must register for the race/s you want to enter.
:bulletgreen: Tracing and referencing is permitted, however proper credit must be linked to all references used.
:bulletgreen: Leasing is permitted, however the person leasing the horse is responsible for everything- including extra images, advertising and donating a prize (all optional). The person leasing the horse must have a leasing image for the horse registered with our group in the Lease References folder if they are entering an Effort Show with us.
:bulletyellow: Collaborations are NOT allowed on main entries. However, two people that are entering their horses in the same race may collaborate together on extra images. Both/all parties involved in the collab should post the image and link it to their own horses show form. Outside collaboration (collabing with someone who isn't entering a horse in the race) images won't be accepted.
:bulletred: Do not re-use old art- the entry must have been made by you after the creation date of this journal. This goes for training/arrival/extra images, too.
:bulletred: Backgrounds must be drawn or photo-manipulated, and yours/done by you. You may re-use them for multiple entries for the same race, but not for multiple/future races.
:bulletred: Register as many horses as you want so long as they qualify, and you can get your entries in on time.
:bulletgreen: More than one horse may be entered through one image. Extra horses in the image must be divided up (For example, if you have 1 extra horse in your image it can only count towards one of your horses score). Separate stories must be written for each horse for them to count towards each horses score. Background scores will be the same towards both horses score, as they share a bg.
:bulletred: Prize donations (if made) must be registered for the event before registration closes. If you've donated a free breeding slot to a horse and they are registered for a rank before the event ends, their rank will be reflected in your prize donation. However, please be timely with requesting rank in TS - if you wait until the last few days before the show ends, I may not have time to go over your horses points before the event ends. The sooner the better!
:bulletred: If you scratch your horse by the given deadline, you have the option of withdrawing any prizes you've donated. If you do not scratch by the deadline and you don't get an entry in, your horse will be marked as DNF (did not finish) and any prizes you've donated must still be completed.
:bulletred: As TS operates on a timeline, and in order to keep our shows open to many circulating horses, the same horse can NOT enter the same race across different irl years without aging up by at least a year. For instance, that means that your horse will have ONE shot at winning the TS Triple Crown - as those races are age restricted to 3 year olds, your horse would be considered at least a 4 year old with TS the next irl year that race is ran. If your horse enters a 3+YO race one year as a 3YO, the next irl year that race is run, your horse will have to register as at least a 4 year old.
    :pointr: Please note, this is NOT to say that you MUST age up your horse every irl year exactly - for instance, your horse could enter a 2015 TS Race for 3+YO as a 3YO, then take a 5+ irl year hiatus, and enter the same race (different year) 2020 TS Race for 3+YO as a 4YO even though they weren't aged up in years, the horse did not participate in the race again until that year, and it would be at that point that the horse needs to be recognized as at least a year older in order to participate in the race.
    :pointr: In any instance where you may have entered some but not all of the races in an event for one year, and you don't wish to age your horse up yet the next irl year, you may enter any races that your horse qualifies for without ageing up ONLY if they did not enter that same race in the previous years running.
:bulletred: ALL listed monetary prizes for our hosted shows/races is NOT real money, it is FAKE/IMAGINARY money for your horses ref info/earnings/story purposes. TS DOES NOT offer irl money for show/race prizes. On rare occasion, we may offer :points: prizes, but that will be clearly listed in the show journal itself if that is the case.
