Saddle Tank Shyness

So, a little headcanon here: The reason I think Percy and Rosie don't interact much canonically, is because Percy is really REALLY shy around Rosie because he has a very big crush on her, and is only shown in the same places as her in big engine meetings (like the one in TOTB, which is one of the only times they're on screen together in the TV series).
