The Birthday Boy got a supply of Drinkable Plasmids for his birthday. After trying the first bottle, he decided to save the rest for the New Years Eve party at the Kashmir.
However, the lack of plasmid usage caused his sanity and body to deteriorate over time. He was sent to Fontaine's Department Store and his plasmids were marked as "Tainted Products" and confiscated by Ryan Private Security.
