You know why I adore Izuku "Deku" Midoriya so much? He is one of the few genuinely intelligent Shonen protagonists. He can actually outthink many of the villains. He uses his power smartly (for the most part).
It's a refreshing change from so many dumb as bricks protagonists who win through raw power alone (Goku, Natsu Dragneel, etc).
He's like Tim Drake with Super Strength!
