Love the hairstle! The perspective of the head and how the hair looks on the side is pretty realistic. You got better at ears too, looks like you found the way to make it simple but look good too. The skirt's folds and the socks look realistc too. The thing I'm most impressed with is the helmet. Not only how you drew it, but shading and light reflections make it look even more professional. The ponytail may be the only thing standing out in terms of lack of realism speaking, but this is a chibi after all and still looks good on her.
