Steampunk Scorpion

First off, I really love the background and atmosphere in general, it really brings out the scorpion itself. I really like how symmetrical the scorpion is, with everything looking so much more mechanical than organic - it really works. I also like the few exceptions to this symmetry, such as the thorax and screws on the end of the stinger. You broke the rules in the right places, I'll give you that. I think my biggest (and only) gripe with this is that the model just doesn't look all that much like a scorpion. The stinger could stand to be an actual stinger instead of some kind of Sauron eye, and the claws could have a lot more pronounced pincers, perhaps with gears at the joint to illustrate their function.
