Lumina City Streets

Far from the safety of the inner sectors, Sector 4 is not for the weak. While some may find misfortune in this ragged place, others claim its more alive than the oxygen supplanted gardens in the Light district. The smells of sewage and blood, mixing with street vendors and lit cigarettes. Some say that life cant be worse than here, but where else is there to go? outside the city walls nothing survives.
