I've been constructing a Canada Fakemon region during my spare time cuz why the heck not! It's called the Iguue region! These are the pseudo legendaries for the region!

Maypelts are friendly little monsters that love eating sweet things! The sweeter their diet, the more sweet their syrup tastes.

Type: Grass/Water
Height: ~4'2" [~121 cm]
Weight: 67.8 lbs
Gender: can be male or female.
Ability: Sticky Hold; Hidden Ability: Gooey
Maypelt evolves into Syroup at level 30.
Syroups can change the consistency of the syrup they produce on their body. Their leaf-like appendages act as sensors for when the wind changes patterns.

Height: 6'5" [~182.8 cm]

Ability: Sticky Hold; Hidden Ability: Sticky Trap [any Physical move, either used by user or opponent, prevents the opponent from switching out and lowers Speed stat by 1 stage]
Syroup evolves into Maypleaf after learning Syrup Shower at level 50 [Syrup Shower is a Water type move with base power 100 and accuracy 100].
They often leave their sap on other trees to alert other Pokemon of their territory. When threatened, they will release a web of sticky sap giving Maypleaf enough time to escape.
