Cookie Monster Cupcakes

...So much fun making these today for the little ones....

I used Wilton Royal Blue Gel Food Coloring, Wilton Multi-Opening Decorating Tip, no. 233 & Wilton Candy Eyeballs, large. You can easily purchase these items online or your local craft store. 

For the cupcakes - use a small knife cut a small triangle on top, remove the portion you just cut out. You can now pipe your frosting onto the cupcakes. Super easy. It is important to fill your cupcake batter to the top of your cupcake holders (in order to create a small dome).
