this is a statue, known as "black Jesus" , that resides in Oakwood Cemetery in Huntsville Texas. it is rumored that on some nights, his hands will go from facing down, to facing strait up. i didn't get to see this apparent phenomenon, but all i could say was, i somehow felt a little more welcome in that place of death when i saw this.
