Cr: Star Coral Cookie, Star ocean dress

Some updates ago, Kingdom got the "Song of the Night Sea" update, it was about how Star Coral Cookie made a journey throught the sea in order to demostrate that her grandma's tales are true, meeting mermaids and the City of Wizards' cookies in the progress. I found Star Coral's design pretty cute, and with that I thought that drawing her with a ocean-like dress would be a cute Idea...!

This was my first time drawing a cookie in Ibis Paint, that's why the drawing looks quiet odd, I tried my best i'm giving her soft and colorful palletes, but I think I failed... But either way, I did my best... I suppose I have to make better sketches next time...
