This is the A4 result from the Magic Crossover Cookie Adopt, this one's for 
They wanted me to make a Magical Boy-esque Cookie with some wizard touches ... As I remember, I used inspiration from Harry Potter (the wand and the traditional look) and a Magical-Boy anime that I don't remember pretty much the name ... I've also used some inspirations from the pockies and bonbon snacks with some parfait touches ...
Idk why, but his design looks like a nicer version of Jack Horner from Puss N' Boots: The Last Wish ... But meh, I like how his design turned out looking well ...!
